Make the clusterengine use <hostname>-${karaf.name} as default value for clusterName

If the cluster engine uses <hostname>-${karaf.name}  as default value for clusterName then the user would not have to configure a clusterName manually. Several nodes running a 'root' instance would end up using 'node1-root', 'node2-root', 'node3-root', etc, while several instances on the same node would use 'node1-instance1', 'node1-instance2', etc.
In any case, this default value would rarely need to be configured manually which simplifies cluster configuration.
