   Blog page optimisation: 
   The current blog page only supports the selection of one tag, we would like to support the selection of multiple tags to filter the posts
   - when the user chooses two tags, e.g. technology and news, these two tags should be marked colour red, and all the posts that contain technology should be a list, and all the posts that contain news tags should be a list too. The attention that, the posts contains both technology and news tags, should be only list one time.
   - when the user chooses All tag, clear all other tags selected, and list all posts.
