Ignite on Google Compute Engine

Igniters,

I just noticed that we are missing automatic IP Finder on Google Compute
Engine, which means that anyone starting Ignite there has to constantly
update configuration due to changing IP addresses in the virtual
environment.

If any of you have any ideas on how to best discover started instances (or
their IPs) on Google Compute Engine please post them to this thread.
