A couple test runs have failed with TestValidateMetrics.test_metrics_are_zero failure:

The original query is starts at 19:09:08, while the TestValidateMetrics.test_metrics_are_zero check for remaining fragments is happening over an hour later at 20:14:08.**

Interestingly, this has happened on different runs *with the exact same query*.
