Schema location information

Is there any way to obtain the schemaLocation information. I want the list
of schemas referred in an instance document. 
Same with respect to the schemas imported/included in a schema.
Currently I can get the set of grammars. Does one Grammar translate to one
target namespace.
Also with validation turned off do I still get this information. I believe
xerces constructs these grammars on the fly as it encounters new namespaces
with associated schemaLocation.
