Original Description:
1. Create a Savings product and assign it to a client on 01 July 2014 -> Approve and activate the account on same date.
2. In Database - m_savings_account table enter date as 10 August 2014 in start_interest_calculation_date column for the same account.
> After attaching the start interest calculation date application is not allowing to do any deposits and withdrawals (before and after start interest calculation date) displayed error message as "Savings account transaction incorrect start interest calculation date".
