Hi, at the ApacheCon page there is note that "early bird tickets" can
be buy from 6th August. But how can I buy this ticket?

Thank you for your email.  We had planned to put the Early Bird tickets on sale on Monday 6th 
August. Unfortunately, the event producer has hit a snag with the 
planned method of actually taking in the money... They're working very 
hard at the moment trying to resolve that, and we're expecting a 
solution on Thursday 8th/Friday 9th, all being well. In the mean time,
