Log:
Remove a helper function that has lost its helpfulness.
* subversion/libsvn_client/merge.c
(open_source_session): Remove.
(merge_locked, open_reintegrate_source_and_target, merge_peg_locked,
open_source_and_target): Adjust accordingly.
