[GitHub] [cloudstack-terraform-provider] fabiomatavelli opened a new pull request, #69: Add Hosts resource and Pod data source

fabiomatavelli opened a new pull request, #69:

   This PR adds the following resources:
   
   - `cloudstack_host`
   - `data.cloudstack_pod`
   
   And adds a small change to the `data.cloudstack_zone` resource by setting the ID of it as the UUID instead of the name.
