I see "separate keyspaces for each tenant" here and on USERGRID-557. Is this effort captured anywhere?

> As we move to separate keyspaces for each tenant we need to have an endpoint to monitor storage consumed for the keyspace.  This will be followed by the ability to show data consumed in the console and notifications when storage consumed is at X%.
