[Sandesha2] SNAPSHOTs in the Apache repository

Hi Dims,

Sandesha2 currently produce following items.

sandesha2-SNAPSHOT.mar
sandesha2-SNAPSHOT.jar
sandesha2-client-SNAPSHOT.jar

Shall we add these to the Apache maven repository. All these will be build
when following target it run.

maven clean all:jar
