   My preference is to have the dir name match the module/jar name. One of my key reasons for this is that in the docs, you don't have to worry about whether we need to replace with akka-actor with actor or pekko-actor - because sometimes in the existing docs, akka-actor can refer to a file location and sometimes to the module/jar name. I just think we'll end up with fewer issues in the docs if we just use the 'pekko-' dir names.
