Py API was updated in AMBARI-21531. Client component restart fails after Ambari upgrade while running custom hook script on Suse 11. This causes the before-ANY hook in BI 4.2 and 4.2.5 stack to fail to execute with error:

resource_management.core.exceptions.InvalidArgument: User['hive'] Expected an integer for uid received '1001'
