Attaching a simple UT. I have added two test cases. One where we do in memory flush and then do a memstore scan. Here we get the exact count.
Next is with MemstoreITerator we do a count. (As it is in MemstoreCompactor). Here the count is much lesser and exposes the bug.
Note that even in the case where we do scan the flushInMemory does a compaction which ideally should have been avoided if the count had worked correctly.
