I would like to submit a patch but for some obscure reasons, I can't connect to the SVN repository.

Anyway, the version should be <version>1.0.1B</version> and in my opinion the scope should be "provided".

Weird, it solves the problem when I had the version number. It seems the version number is not herited. I'll try to narrow the problem.
