xml.apache.org server problems?

I realize that this may be a bit off topic, but has anyone else noticed over
the last few days that it takes about 20 minutes to get a page from the
xml.apache.org web server?

Any known problems going on?

I'm running from my laptop connected to the LAN and the pages seem fine to
me. I remember a few weeks ago the PSINet was reporting packet loss
problems. Maybe you're on a bad trunk?

I'm getting the same behavior. About 45 - 60 seconds per page load! (over a
dial-up, I'm on the road)

No problems from here. Perhaps a traceroute is in order?

Literally 20 minutes? Frustrating would be an understatement.
