Ready to build RC for 3.2.0? - was: Re: [jira] [Resolved] (DAFFODIL-2584) Release candiate container fails to build MSI

With this resolved are we now ready to create RC1 ?

I think we should get DAFFODIL-2568, it just needs one more +1:

Also, DAFFODIL-2583 has two +1's and I think is probably close to being 
merged:

https://github.com/apache/daffodil/pull/676

Other than those two and the one you mentioned, I don't know of any 
other blockers.

Answering my own question... It seems that this PR
https://github.com/apache/daffodil/pull/674 and ticket DAFFODIL-2580 are
blockers.

Any others?
