Thanks for creating this feature request [~ckumar_I]. I modified the subject and description to be a bit more generic, not specifically associated to {{ListenTCP}}. As mentioned in the updated description, the RFC 3195 protocol is not a good fit for the ListenTCP processor, so supporting it will require developing a new processor.
