> The databindings/jaxb-bottom-up integration test accesses the home page of the Tuscany web site within the test code. This causes the test to report a number of failures if there isn't a live connection to the internet.
> A simple solution is for the test to host a copy of the Tuscany web site home page locally using implementation.resource. I have verified that by making this change the test passes both with and without an internet connection.
