Running doxygen to generate the API documentation of the CVS version results in a number of 
warnings. I have created a patch to eliminate these warnings. Most were easy: the new 
memory manager parameter lacked documentation, and there where a number of tupo's. 
However, I don't know enough to document the PSVI, so there I added the missing parameters 
to the comments without explaining text.
