Go live settings for isis

Hi all,

I'm looking for some information around configuring isis apps for prod
environments.
Is there such a document or email thread, or should we create one?

Basically a document with things to configure in isis before going
into production environment.
 - DB configurations
 - isis/wicket change to production mode
 - configure caches
 - security
 - check web.xml for unnecessary endpoints
 - securing the app

Not sure what else is there.
May be existing isis users can share some experience with kind of
changes they had to do for their apps.
