damccorm opened a new issue, #20698:

   Running `./gradlew website:build` in the build env container fails with the following message:
   
   ```
   
   > Task :website:startDockerContainer FAILED
   Error response from daemon: error while creating mount
   source path '/home/bhulette/beam': mkdir /home/bhulette: permission denied
   Error: failed to start containers:
   7721c7443b58c02eedd0b281088d92e97e220daaa0927cdfed201bec78089410
   
   ```
   
   
   Presumably because the website build attempts to run inside its own container.
