using emacs and JDEE with Maven

Hello,
My question is simple. How can I use emacs/JDEE with Maven? JDEE looks
for a project file but there is none. I would especially like to get
syntax coloring working again.

Hmm...Try going to the *Messages* buffer (C-b *Messages*) and see the
previous output from there. I've found through my struggles with JDEE
that there are other messages there which may shed light on the
subject. If you can, send relevant output from there as well as your
prj.el file so that we can have a reference to what we are looking at.
