   The security annotations feature kept @RolesAllowed/@PermitAll/@DenyAll in shared maps keyed by Method, so resource classes inheriting the same method merged each other's constraints. Each (resource class, method) pair now gets its own immutable constraint, with method-level annotations overriding class-level ones. An empty @RolesAllowed now denies all callers instead of skipping the check. Covered by MPJWTSecurityAnnotationsInterceptorsFeatureTest.
