Rohit Yadav resolved CLOUDSTACK-6885.

Resolution: Fixed
Starting 4.5.1+, following changes are done to solve this issue:
- Logrotate is run hourly
- dateext is not used
- /var/log will be a separate partition; if /var/log gets full - /var will still have space
