Shared Screen not visible to all
Hello,
we are using OM 5.1.0 in a closed environment with no access to the internet.
It's installed on Ubuntu 18.04 (thanks to the perfect Guide of Alvaro).
We replaced the Version 4 because of the Problem with Flashplayer.
Now we got the problem that in a meeting room some of the participants see the screen and others not.
In the logfile of kms I got entries like:
kmswebrtcsession kmswebrtcsession.c:451 kms_webrtc_session_agent_add_ice_candidate() <kmswebrtcsession1106> Adding remote candidate to libnice agent: Parsing failed, stream_id: '1'
At the logfile of OM I got at the same time the following Java-Error:
o.a.o.w.c.OmWebSocketPanel:137 [nio-5443-exec-8] - Error while processing incoming message
org.kurent.client.internal.server.KurenteoServerException: Error adding candidate (Code:40401, Type:null, Data: {"type":"ICE_ADD_CANDIDATE_ERROR"})
at org.kurento.client.internal.transport.jsonrpc.RomClientJsonRpcClient.sendRequest(RomClientJsonRpcClient.java:264) and so on.
Is there a performance problem or something else?
At our clients we use java 1.8.0_162 or 1.8.0_221.
I hope I can get help here.
Mit freundlichem Grüßen / Cordialement / Saludos / Best Regards

Hello Walter,
Since you are at OM 5.1.0 (which is a bit old)
Is it possible you are using some old KMS?
TURN might be required in LAN due to WebRTC is peer-to-peer so not only
client should be able to connect the server
but the server should be able to connect the clients ...

RE: Shared Screen not visible to all

Hello Alvaro,
I read this guide, but I thought it's not necessary because we use Openmeetings in a closed environment where
access is only via LAN inside of the company possible. So Coturn isn't installed.
If Coturn is needed, we will try to install it.
Is there any possibility to get the packages for installation to download, because apt install doesn't work without access to the internet.
Maybe it's possible to use our Nexus.
Are the Coturn packages part of the Ubuntu repository or do we need an other repository?
