Steps to reproduce :

1. Have latest CS setup with at least one advanced zone.
2. check the output for "listApis" API for "addVmwareDc" api info

Observations:

(i) addVmwareDc API is not in the list of APIs shown.

attaching the output from "curl --globoff "http://10.147.59.194:8096/api?command=listApis" > test.txt"

(ii) cloudmonkey utility after sync also doesn't list this API info due the above issue.
