Google Summer of Code 2007

Thanks Neil.

I mentored one student last year. I'm planning on volunteering again this 
year. There's still lots to do on the StAX implementation in Xerces-J, 
among other things.

If anyone else is interested you can post your project ideas up on the 
wiki here: http://wiki.apache.org/general/SummerOfCode2007.
