Using Cocoon

I'm quite new to cocoon.I've just managed to configure cocoon with jrun3.0,IIS5.0 in windows 2000 machine.I can view the Cocoon.xml page.The problem is I don't know how to use it.Can somebody tell me what should I do and where do I put my xml and xsl file so that I can be able to start using it.
