Manually assign management and public IP to system VMs?

Hi,

Is there a way to manually assign the management an public IPs to the SSVM and CPVM?
We have a non-internet setup and, our DNS entry for the consoles are set-up on our DNS server, we found that the public and management IP for the CPVM has changed after a host restart and we are not able to access the consoles again unless we modify the DNS entry.
