counts derived from wikipedia articles related to medicine?

Pei Chen commented on LEGAL-154:
--------------------------------
would a list of word and their frequency counts be considered a 'modification' or different enough In this case to be considered new work?

However, it will require you to release certain pages, or certain chapters,
or even certain paragraphs under the BY-SA license, depending on what is
and isn't a derivative of the BY-SA work. It varies case to case basis, to
come up with the appropriate answer I have to look at the list/para/text
copied from wikipedia.
