[ANNOUNCE] Apache SIS 0.1-incubating released

(...apologies for the cross posting...)

The Apache SIS project is pleased to announce the release of Apache SIS
0.1-incubating. The release contents have been pushed out to the main Apache
release site so the releases should be available as soon as the mirrors get
the syncs.

Apache SIS is a toolkit for handling spatial data; location awareness
including point-radius query, bounding box query, and geospatial data
representation are all part of the toolbox. The goal of SIS is to provide a
home for implementing geospatial software and standards under the ASLv2
license.

Apache SIS 0.1-incubating contains a number of features. Details can
be found in the changes file:

http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/sis/CHANGES-0.1-incubating.txt

Apache SIS is available in source form from the following download page:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/incubator/sis/apache-sis-0.1-incubating
-src.tar.gz

In the initial 48 hours, the release may not be available on all mirrors.
When downloading from a mirror site, please remember to verify the downloads
using signatures found on the Apache site:
