Ytex installation with ctakes 3.1

Hello
Can I install Ytex with ctakes 3.1 or do I need to upgrade to ctakes 3.2?
Is there a link for upgrading from ctakes 3.1 to 3.2 or is it a fresh install for ctakes 3.2?
