I don't seem to have admin rights, https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/FLEX says "You cannot edit the configuration of this project" - am I doing something wrong?

A similar URL, https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/SLING works for Sling where I'm admin.
