There's a lot of Duplicate code in Java tests. {{setUp()}} and {{tearDown()}} of most java test classes in SQL,ML,MLLib.

So will create a {{TestSparkSession}} class that has common code for {{setUp}} and {{tearDown}} and other classes just extend that class.
