Deprecate HTML Link Parser and HTTP URL Re-writing elements

Hello Users,

We would like to deprecate in upcoming version :
- HTML Link Parser element http://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/component_
reference.html#HTML_Link_Parser
- HTTP URL Re-writing
http://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/component_reference.html#HTTP_URL_Re-writing_Modifier
<http://jmeter.apache>

I you think we should keep it, then please answer to this mail and explain
your use case.

Thank you for your feedback

Hello,
From a twitter poll, it appears 13% of voters still need it.

@Users, if you're concerned, it would be nice to give some use cases for
your current usage.

Thanks
