   **Describe the bug**
   the write lock of routine load is held by a thrift connection thread and not being released.
   So other thread try to get the lock will be blocked.
   
   I still can't find which thread is holding the lock. Currently, it seems that the RPC from BE
   to FE timeout and the connection is disconnected abnormally. But not sure this is the reason
   of this dead lock.
