Tomcat cluster and loadbalancer environment out-of-the-box

Hi

With the great help of Gregor Imboden we have built a
Tomcat cluster and loadbalancer environment out-of-the-box.

There is still a lot one can improve, but I think it's ready
for a test-drive:
