redhat mime.types problem fixed

Redhat had a new office warming party last night, so while
there I asked about the mime.types problems that Apache had
seen in the past ( it text/html html but not including htm )

It seems that the RPM they have for Apache did append htm
to the text/html line, but as part of the install they
installed the Apache RPM then the mailcap RPM which over wrote
the mime.types file.  It took us a little while to understand
how it was disappearing, but either way it should be fixed
in RH 6.0
