[jira] [Comment Edited] (ARROW-14085) [R] Expose null placement option through sort bindings

------------------------------------------------------------

The behavior before this (and the default behavior after it) is that {{NaN}} and {{NA}} values come _after_ other values. This is consistent with what {{dplyr::arrange()}} does, and dplyr offers no option to change this behavior, so I don't think we need to change our {{arrange()}} binding at all.

We do need to add this option to the {{sort_indices}} and {{array_sort_indices}} bindings.

> ARROW-12063 added a null placement option to the sort kernels and to {{OrderBySinkNode}} in the C++ library. Expose this through the R bindings.
