GUI for sniffing packets

I read about there being a GUI tool that can be used to check the
conversation between my client and the SOAP server.
 
but in the version that I downloaded and setup yesterday, I did not find
anything.
 
So, can someone tell me where it's at.
 
Another question. are the archives updated at the end of each
day/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly?
