Subject: RealPlayer 4.0 problems with HTTP/1.1

RealPlayer 4.0 looks specifically for "HTTP/1.0" in the header. We fixed
that bug in 4.01 release of RealPlayer. However, there's no difference in
the HTTP header between 4.0 and 4.01 (HTTP_USER_AGENT is "RealPlayer 4.0"
for both), so users should continue to force HTTP/1.0 when responding to
RealPlayer 4.0.
