[jira] [Created] (LIVY-788) [LIVY] Track status of a statement when
re-connecting to a session
Viacheslav Tradunsky created LIVY-788:
-----------------------------------------
Summary: [LIVY] Track status of a statement when re-connecting to a session
Key: LIVY-788
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LIVY-788
Project: Livy
Issue Type: Task
Components: API
Affects Versions: 0.7.0, 0.6.0
Reporter: Viacheslav Tradunsky
Currently, there is a hidden way to re-connect to existing livy session. I found this possibility useful even though it is not documented. However, there is one major lack in that ability - when livy client is reconnected, there is no way to get the status of existing statements neither get error details.
