Some MUAs, when you use them to post to a newsgroup, add in the header of the
email an X-Newsreader instead of X-Mailer and that results to the
PRIORITY_NO_NAME test to be positive.
 Example:
X-Priority: 3
X-MSMail-Priority: Normal
X-Newsreader: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.2180
