The document is fixed in Hadoop 3.2.2. When 'reading' the data, the aggregate network bandwidth is not reduced.

Hello:
    I��m reading the document of HDFS in http://hadoop.apache.org/docs.<http://hadoop.apache.org/docs.i>
    I find there is a different  expression between the document of r3.2.1 and r3.2.2.
    It��s about the architecture of HDFS.
    In r3.2.1,the document describes that 'it does reduce the aggregate network bandwidth used when reading data since a block is placed in only two unique racks rather than three��.
    But in r3.2.2, the document describes that 'it does not��(There are pictures below)
    Is it mistake in r3.2.2?
