Currently all-in-one uses a special file to get the complete DUCC classpath to add to jobs so as to emulate the normal job environment.  Creation of this file is tricky and since all-in-one jobs are run by the AllInOne class as an AP there's no need for all the DUCC sm/rm/pm/jd/or/agent/uima-as jars in the classpath ... so add only the cli jar.
