cannot open shared library /usr/local/lib/libhcrypto.sl

Hi 

after I install subversion 1.4.6 and its dependent packages as in
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Development/Tools/subversion-1.4.6/

and try

svn info https://blah blah

I get cannot open shared library /usr/local/lib/libhcrypto.sl

Am not able to find libhcrypto.sl anywhere

Seems like libhcrypto comes with openssl or heimdal. I have installed
openssl 0.9.8g and heimdal 1.0.2

The problem still persists
