We had random Tez LD_LIBRARY_PATH issue because shell scripting used in
tez.am.env resolved into 32-bit native codec dir which was wrong. We made fix
to gsInstaller in both MR and Tez LD_LIBRARY_PATH with

This is to notify Ambrai team. Please resolve as won't fix if you decide you
won't fix it.
