Impacting production - Help needed -Solr dataimport is deleting records first and then committing

Hi Team,

We have solr cores created for storing product details.

To update the product details, we need to do data import from SQL view.

While doing dataimport we are using clean and commit option so that it is not doubling up the record count while doing dataimport.

But in solr 8 it is first deleting the records and the committing when triggered from powershell scheduled task. Whereas when doing dataimport from solr UI, we are not facing this solr emptying records issue

The above issue was not faced in Solr6.

Thanks & Regards,
Mano Ashokkumar

The parameters in the gui vs the task must be different.
