conflict between apache and mcafee

Summary: conflict between apache and mcafee
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.32
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: e_sopo@yahoo.es

there is a conflict between apache 2 and mcafee viruscan pro v7 on win32 (i
tested it in win2k and winxp).

when those 2 applications are installed apache start to consume a lot of cpu
resources and don't process any requested web page.

the only solution i've found is removing mcafee viruscan.

btw, i had no problems with apache and viruscan in version 6 and lower.
